- Estimate cost-after-switch: Cool storage cost + (read transactions × Cool read price) vs current Hot bill.
- If Cool wins by a comfortable margin, open Configuration → Account access tier and switch to Cool.
- Save. Monitor egress and transaction costs for the first month.
