Initial Free Trial: All new users are eligible for a 15-day free trial period of Zop, starting from the date of account creation. During this time, you can explore all features of Zop at no cost.Trial Extension: If you require additional time to evaluate Zop after the initial 15- day trial, please email our support team at support@zop.dev. We may grant a one-time extension of your free trial for another 15 days at our discretion.No Automatic Billing: No payment information is required to start your free trial, and your free trial will not automatically transition to a paid subscription.

Subscription Start: After your free trial period ends (or extended trial period), if you wish to continue using Zop, a paid subscription will begin.Billing: The billing cycle starts on the day your subscription is activated. First Month Refund Guarantee: If, within the first 15 days of your first paid month of any Zop subscription plan, you experience technical glitches that impact your ability to use the service or you are dissatisfied with the product, you can request a full refund of your first month's payment. This refund policy applies only to the first paid subscription/upgrade plan month.
Refund Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a refund under our first-month guarantee, you must request a refund within 15 days of the first paid subscription start date. No questions asked!
Refund Ineligibility: After the first 15 days of your first paid month, refunds will not be provided for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, general dissatisfaction, or not using the service.
