GCP IAM Policy Grants Access to Gmail Account
A personal account outside your organization holds access, and it cannot be disabled by you when that person leaves.
Free to start. No card. The playground just needs your work email.

Explain
Every finding says exactly what to change: Remove personal Gmail IAM grant.
Fix
The finding opens with the fix already written out, step by step, so it is one ticket, not an investigation.
- Applies to
- Any resource in the account
- The fix, by hand
- Cloud Console → IAM and Admin → IAM → filter principals by @gmail.com.
- For each Gmail account, identify the equivalent organization-domain identity (e.g. user@your-corp.com).
- Grant the same roles to the organization identity (Add → Principal → role list).
- Remove the Gmail bindings (Edit → trash icon → Save).
- Enable Org Policy constraints/iam.allowedPolicyMemberDomains restricting principals to your Cloud Identity customer IDs. Cloud Console → IAM and Admin → Organization Policies.
- Audit periodically: gcloud asset search-all-iam-policies --scope=organizations/‹org-id› --query='memberTypes:user policy.role.permissions:* member:gmail.com'.
These are the steps the finding carries in the product.
