Sequenced execution

Sequenced execution starts and stops a group's resources in a set order rather than all at once. By tier, ZopNight starts storage, then databases, then compute, then applications, and stops in reverse; you can also set a custom order and a delay per resource. Why it matters: Starting an app before its database is up causes errors that make people distrust schedules.
