Custom role
A custom role is a role an admin builds by choosing individual permissions, optionally limited to specific resources, for needs the three system roles do not fit. Some actions cannot be split: applying and dismissing a recommendation share one permission. Why it matters: It grants exactly the access a job needs, no more.
