Monthly finance packs in Excel, plus policy tags in tag reports
Cost Reports can now export an Excel workbook built from your billing data, ready for your monthly finance pack. Tag reports can also include tags from tagging policies that nobody has accepted yet.
What's in this release
- New ZopNight: Export on Cost Reports → Summary now offers an Advanced report that builds an Excel workbook from your billing data. Start from ready-made sheets, then rename, reorder or add columns and filter by any field or tag. Choose 1 to 24 months and preview the totals before you export. We email you a download link that is valid for one hour, and the standard CSV report is unchanged
- Improved ZopNight: on Reports → Tags, the Source filter has a new Policy (not accepted) option. It adds tags from your tagging policies, such as Application or Owner, to the report before anyone has accepted them, each marked with a policy badge. The default view does not change
