The AWS Well-Architected Framework, a review methodology built on six pillars: operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability. It is not a multi-account account layout; that multi-account target state (management, security, shared services, audit, per-team accounts) is AWS Organizations / Landing Zone / Control Tower guidance, a separate thing.
