Operate

Operate is the third phase of the FinOps lifecycle and the one that separates organizations that get FinOps from organizations that ran a FinOps sprint once. Without Operate, every saving decays. Schedules drift. Tags rot. Reservations come up for renewal and get rubber-stamped. The avoidable-spend KPI climbs back to where it was twelve months ago.
