A bill row is not the same as a "resource." A single EC2 instance generates compute rows (EC2-Instance), storage rows (EBS:VolumeUsage.gp3, EBS:SnapshotUsage), network rows (DataTransfer-Out-Bytes, DataTransfer-Regional-Bytes), and observability rows (CloudWatch:MetricStorage, CloudWatch:Requests). Five or six rows, one instance.
