Double-lever scheduling
The property that scheduling cuts compute hours, which reduces both cost and carbon emissions at the same time; the two savings percentages differ, though, because grid carbon intensity varies by region and time of day independently of price, so a given schedule rarely delivers an identical percentage cut on cost and carbon.
