Deep-link

This is the bridge between "Cost Flow analysis" (where the money goes) and "Recommendations action" (what to do about it). Without the deep-link, the user would have to read the flow, open Recommendations separately, construct matching filters, and confirm they match. The deep-link compresses 30 seconds of navigation into one click.
