## From one bill to many owners.

Every resource's cost lands with an owner, or in Unattributed until it has one.

- 01. Attribute by team — A resource shared by several teams is split equally between them. A resource with no owner is tracked as Unattributed, so it never quietly drops out of the total.
- 02. Attribute by tag — Every cloud tag and every accepted Smart Tag becomes a cost dimension. Each tag key and value carries the full cost of the resources it covers, so tag totals can add up to more than your spend.
- 03. Follow the flow — A four-column flow traces spend from provider to account to type to team. Click any node to narrow the chart, so the diagram is the filter.
- 04. Share the exact view — The layout, the drill path and the overlays all live in the link. Paste it into Slack and a teammate with the same access sees the identical breakdown.

## Numbers finance can follow.

Team totals plus Unattributed add up to your resource spend. Charges no resource carries, such as taxes and fees, sit in the cost report.

- Shared resources: Split equally between the teams that own them. Unowned spend shows as Unattributed, never folded into a team it does not belong to.
- Flow layouts: Six four-column layouts, from provider, account, type and team through to account, type, resource and team. Every one ends at the team.
- Savings overlay: Links carry a red stripe in proportion to reclaimable spend. The reclaimable figure only appears where Recommendations can filter to it, so nobody is shown a number they cannot act on.
- Freshness: The flow view is read live. Team and tag tables refresh on every billing sync.
