Regions, time zones and data protection law for cloud teams in Germany.

AWS eu-central-1, Google Cloud europe-west3 and Azure germanywestcentral all run in Frankfurt. Google Cloud (europe-west10) and Azure (germanynorth) also run regions in Berlin.
